Tools Required

• Standard Screw Gun with depth – sensitive nose piece. For optimal performance, suggested screw gun specification: 4 amps minimum and RPM range of 0 -2500. Please follow the following instructions with your screw gun:
  a) The Pan head is fully seated when the head is flush with the work surface.
  b) Over driving may result in failure of the fastener or strip out of the work surface.
  c) The fastener must penetrate beyond the metal a minimum of three thread pitches

Materials Required

• 1 ¼” Tapcon™ Screws
• OSI ™ Silicone Caulk
• Grabber™ #8 x ¾” Self Drilling Screws
• Grabber™ #6 x ½” Wafer Head Screws
• Grabber™ #8 x 1 1/8” Wood Screws
• Eternabond™ Tape
